What we collect
The trip text you submit, your baseline price (if uploaded), email address (if you create an account), and basic usage telemetry to debug the engine.
Why we collect it
To run searches you ask for, support refunds, and re-run combinations if a price changes mid-booking. That's it.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share trip text with advertisers. We don't build profiles for retargeting.
Third parties
We query flight and hotel providers on your behalf. Those queries are anonymized — no personal account information is forwarded.
Deletion
Email privacy@snagrid.example to delete your account and all associated searches. We confirm within 7 days.
