What SnagRid is

SnagRid is a search and comparison tool. We test trip combinations and surface itineraries ranked by your rules. We do not sell tickets, hold prices, or guarantee bookings.

Pricing & refunds

All paid searches are pay-per-use. The refund guarantee applies when we fail to beat the baseline price you submitted before searching by more than your fee. See the Guarantee page for specifics.

Booking

Booking happens on the provider's site. SnagRid is not a party to your booking and is not liable for changes the provider makes to availability, price, or fare rules after we surface a result.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the engine, don't resell results, don't submit trip data on behalf of others without their consent.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnagRid's liability for any claim is limited to the search fee paid for the search in question.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to account holders.
